Tasting Notes
Plum, blackberries with some notes of ripe raspberry and white pepper emerging. Round and full with soft tannins and flavors of plum, berry and cherry. Well balanced with good acidity. A long persistent finish with ripe red fruits.

Goes perfectly with roasted meats, gazpacho, fresh grilled pate and mild cheeses.
